Linda was very attentive to the call and the errors we received on the machine. She was able to determine with manager over the phone if we would need a tech. She was concerned we would not get anyone there that evening, but the call was placed at 4pm. This was not an issue, she was great to talk with. Nick was able to determine we needed a new cartridge and had it ordered for us, and we received it the next day. He braved the bad storm to get here by 8:30AM to look at the issue. Nick also provided further information to help the cartridge last longer in the future.

I want to compliment the service tech for his swift response and thorough service. He was able to address 3 issues with the machine, replace a broken part, the brush to wet the envelopes, adjust the water lever and order the mechanism to feed labels. The phone call I made informed me a tech was in Ithaca and he will try to see me the same
day. I received emails telling me where tech was and then the tech called me for directions. He came on the same day I asked for assistance. Tech promptly fixed postage machine. He did explain what he did and now the machine is working great.
