I want to compliment the service tech for his swift response and thorough service.  He was able to address 3 issues with the machine, replace a broken part, the brush to wet the envelopes, adjust the water lever and order the mechanism to feed labels. Thank you all for your swift and complete service!  All of your reps are always knowledgeable and quick to respond and quick to perform the repairs.
