Liz was great during the initial call. Very understanding that I felt our machine was inoperable. She also was very accommodating when I called the 2nd time to provide a cell number for Nick to reach me at when he arrived. The issue was rather minor, and I felt stupid that I did not recognize what had happened to cause the problem. I appreciated the fact that Nick was so professional and thorough despite the reason for the initial call. Nick also checked other parts of the machine to make sure no other items needed replacement! Great customer service!
