Our tech is awesome! He is always quick to help us, responds quickly to any problem and is warm and pleasant to deal with. He has been our technician for several years now and he realizes that we aren't "technical" people in here, and always manages to fix the problem and explain what he's doing. We really appreciate him here and we hope that he stays with us for a long time!

We had a great technician. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding the Lexmark we were having issues with. He explained to me what was wrong and what actions he would take to fix the problem. He kept the line of communication open and was extremely friendly.

Art is normally the technician that is assigned to our school. He is an outstanding tech. He always explains the problem and how he solved it. He never leaves without fixing everything. He has always gone above and beyond. I would recommend Ed & Ed.
