The ink cartridge arrived the next day, as promised. That alone was excellent customer service as we have letters going out to customers notifying them of temporary loss of service due to road construction. I wish all companies were as well organized and professional as yours. You are top notch... and I have yet to find another business like yours. Cant thank you enough.

Our tech is awesome! He is always quick to help us, responds quickly to any problem and is warm and pleasant to deal with. He has been our technician for several years now and he realizes that we aren't "technical" people in here, and always manages to fix the problem and explain what he's doing. We really appreciate him here and we hope that he stays with us for a long time!

Art is normally the technician that is assigned to our school. He is an outstanding tech. He always explains the problem and how he solved it. He never leaves without fixing everything. He has always gone above and beyond. I would recommend Ed & Ed.
