Every time we have called we have had a verbal response within 24 hours. Our rep has always been very professional. He is always a pleasure to respond to our office. He is easy to talk to and explains everything he does when he fixes our machine and gives us tips for easier corrections and adjustments in the future to make things easier for us.

I placed the service call first thing in the morning, and the tech reached out by phone within a half
hour to walk us through an easy process that fixed the issue.

The tech did not even need to come in to repair. He was able to walk us through the process over the
phone.

The technician explained the problem, resolution, and provided training if needed. He walked us through step by step and explained all the things that could have caused the issue. When it was resolved, he explained why it did what it did and now we know how to resolve the issue on our own if it ever happens again.

From the initial phone call to report the issue to the phone call with the tech, there is nothing I could
even begin to complain about as far as communication goes. This was a great experience with customer service. That is hard to find now.

Cody was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the postal machine. Cody explained what he was doing at my request. It was way over my head to understand. In my chat with Cody, I discovered we had graduated from the same high school - 39 years apart. Seriously, You have an excellent employee working for Ed and Ed.

The ink cartridge arrived the next day, as promised. That alone was excellent customer service as we have letters going out to customers notifying them of temporary loss of service due to road construction. I wish all companies were as well organized and professional as yours. You are top notch... and I have yet to find another business like yours. Cant thank you enough.
