I just wanted to let you know that your techs, Steve & Art that were here at the Boonville United Methodist Church did an AWESOME job of setting up my new Kyocera TASKalfa!  They were very thorough and extremely patient with me and the questions I had.  You do have an excellent team and I truly enjoy doing business with the Ed & Ed Team! Also, Todd did a great job explaining the differences between the copier we had and the one we ordered!
