I placed the service call first thing in the morning, and the tech reached out by phone within a half hour to walk us through an easy process that fixed the issue.
The tech did not even need to come in to repair. He was able to walk us through the process over the phone.
The technician explained the problem, resolution, and provided training if needed. He walked us through step by step and explained all the things that could have caused the issue. When it was resolved, he explained why it did what it did and now we know how to resolve the issue on our own if it ever happens again.
From the initial phone call to report the issue to the phone call with the tech, there is nothing I could even begin to complain about as far as communication goes. This was a great experience with customer service. That is hard to find now.
