How do you feel about us following up on service calls with emails like this? (10 of 10) I appreciate a chance to relay my feelings, good or bad. I appreciate great service and I feel that a company that goes to these lengths must want to deliver that so I will help out and fill out surveys.

It is always so easy and quick to get the help we need. The tech ( Joe Kirk) was great!! Even answered some other questions we had regarding the equipment.
