Robert is the best! He is here when he says he will be, he is always polite, helpful, and does whatever needs to be done to take care of the problem we are having and gets us up and running as fast as possible. Could not ask for more!!!!
100% My experiences have been second to none. Ed & Ed company flexible enough for service call scheduling especially with our part time operations i.e. church. Technician handled problem to total satisfaction especially with esoteric problems I can present. Had knowledge base to resolve situation.

It was easy to place the call, and he responded very quickly. The tech explained the problem and was able to set up a separate printing program for each months newsletter, which will make it easier to print.

It is always so easy and quick to get the help we need. The tech ( Joe Kirk) was great!! Even answered some other questions we had regarding the equipment.

Bob is always wonderful. He takes the time to explain if something is wrong and informs us how long it should take to order parts if necessary and how long to repair the machine.
Very polite, very helpful, fixed it so we could still use it while our parts were ordered...perfect...no down time! We are very happy!
