It wasn't exactly my decision to do business with Upstate as I only started with Utica Converters in 2001. However, I decided to continue to do business with Upstate because I get very good service and that is important to me.

I like Upstate's service. When you call them for service, they come right away! They are professional and very helpful. One time when they stopped in for a routine visit they saw we were having problems with an older folding machine that we had (that was purchased years ago from another company) and they got it running for us free of charge.

UOE is a local company. I can call any time and get a swift response!

I chose UOE a few years back after seeing a demo at a convention booth. I was impressed with their knowledge and the quality of the equipment that was being used.

I am impressed enough with the work ethic of one of your employees, Mr. Mark Kling, that I felt it necessary to inform you of my complete satisfaction with his competence, professionalism and courteousness.

The last several years, we were "nursing along" a rather old and very overused piece of copy equipment in our office. Needless to say, the copy machine was constantly in need of some attention for one reason or another. Whenever we called with a service request, we were so pleased to see that Mark was the service technician.

Mark always arrived in a very timely manner and immediately diagnosed the problem. With a smile on his face, he always informed us of the situation and if parts had to be ordered, he always seemed to return with them quickly. He interacted very professionally with all the "impatient" staff waiting for him to repair the machine and never took a break while fixing the equipment.

Not only is Mark a very competent technician, but he also has the right people skills that reflect positively on you and your company. It is not often that one gets to deal with a company that has employees with high standards as you have working for you. I am writing this letter on behalf of Amy Germond, Roger Mieto, and Joe Perri.

I am the key operator of the Holland Patent High School AV copier. I find the above mentioned people extremely pleasant and easy to work with. Amy can always be counted on to be pleasant and cheerful (especially during the holiday season) when taking a phone call, whether it be as simple as a monthly copy count or a frantic call for help amidst a swarm of teachers trying to get a test run off. Roger is always pleasant, ready and willing to fix and give proper advice to keep the copier up and running smoothly. I have even called when Amy has gone the extra mile to get Joe to personally walk me through a problem as small as overriding a jam to troubleshooting for potentially bigger problems. All are always ready to assist to get the malfunctions to disappear or to come as quickly as possible. They are truly a great team that works well together.

I feel that there is little question that you have excellent and capable employees representing your company. I personally look forward to working closely with these fine individuals in the future.
