Utica Converters
It wasn't exactly my decision to do business with Upstate as I only started with Utica Converters in 2001. However, I decided to continue to do business with Upstate because I get very good service and that is important to me.
What type of office equipment did you purchase/lease from Upstate? :
We are leasing a Neopost postage machine, which we are very pleased with.
Any differences from previous vendor vs Upstate?:
Is the service provided for your equipment completed or responded to quickly?:
We've never actually needed service on the equipment, but when I have had questions I have ALWAYS received a response quickly.
Will you continue using Upstate when your lease is up or you need to purchase again? If so, why?:
Absolutely. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Upstate.
