With my initial call needing information, there was speedy response and prompt evaluation of our needs. Then options were presented for the equipment we needed, and an affordable plan was developed quickly. Sales staff are very helpful and personable. We enjoy the professional relationship for this office and for our members!

We appreciate the fast response time and attention to our inquiries and situation. UOE is understanding of our time and dollar constraints, and their staff has worked with us in efficient and effective ways to meet our needs.

Is the service provided for your equipment completed or responded to quickly?: 

Most certainly!

Will you continue using Upstate when your lease is up or you need to purchase again? If so, why?: 

At this point, I can see no reason not to. We enjoy the friendly, prompt service and timely attention to our needs.
