I know who to contact when there is an issue. I also can contact Ed Jr or Joe Madden if I have a problem. Things get resolved in a timely manner. They make you feel like they are glad to have your business!

Any differences from previous vendor vs Upstate?: 

In other companies you are always dealing with the sales representatives. With Upstate you can talk directly to the owner or the people in charge

Is the service provided for your equipment completed or responded to quickly?: 

Yes! The service is great!

Will you continue using Upstate when your lease is up or you need to purchase again? If so, why?: 

Yes! I have had no problems and that makes my job easier.

General Comments: 

I have had very positive feedback from all staff on how easy Ed is to work with. At this point in time, I have had no major issues with Upstate. When we lost our sales representative, Ed was right there to help. It was an easy transition. I like the fact Ed isn't sitting behind a corporate desk, he's out making sure his customers are satisfied!
